There are instances where the system won’t immediately recognize the address, even if you’ve already ordered from us. Try to refresh your browser and re-enter the address. ASAP - We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This typically takes 20 - 60 minutes, but it can be a bit longer if we’re particularly busy. This is all dependent upon the day of the week and the time you’re ordering. Our busiest days are Wednesday to Friday from 4pm - 9pm, and Saturdays from 11am - 8pm.

Scheduled - Select a time slot that is available during our delivery operation hours. These are one hour windows of time every day of the week. The last time slot of the day is only 30 minutes as we stop taking delivery orders 30 minutes prior to our closing time. Our delivery driver will arrive at your home within the time slot you select.

Add any Special Instructions you want our driver to be aware of to ensure your delivery goes smoothly.

Next, you’ll receive confirmation that your order has been submitted, and a message that lets you know you’ll receive a text message when your order is out for delivery.

Tracking your Delivery Order from Emerald Tea Supply Co.

You will receive a text message that your driver is on the way once the delivery driver is en-route to your location. This will include an ETA, and a link that you can click to see the exact location of the driver.

Clicking on the link will reveal a map which shows the real-time location of your driver, so you can see exactly where they’re at. This includes the driver’s name and a description of the car and license plate.

Wait for that last text that let’s you know you’re driver is arriving!

Make sure you have your license ready! The driver will take a picture of the front and back, then ask you to provide an electronic signature on their phone.

This completes the delivery process! Now sit back, and enjoy your product!
